Microsoft Word cannot complete the save

Microsoft Word Err=1391 - Word cannot complete the save
due to a file permission error. (path and filename)

Able to save onto a new file name at the first time,
unable to save again when I completed my typing.

Windows NT 4.0 Workstation with Novell client, Office 97
Application without the network on my laptops
