I have had a user, actually the CEO, who is having trouble that he sets his
Outlook 2003 to use Word as the text editor, and seemingly by itself, it will
turn itself off. He needs to reboot and reselect to use the Word editor
(Tools>>Options>> Mail Format). After a while, about a week, the last time,
the Word editor will seemingly turn itself off again. This has happened 3x
so far. Our Help Desk has also heard of this happening to other users.
Is there a keystoke that they might be hitting inadvertently to turn the
Word editor on or off, or is there another known issue.
