Microsoft Word Fails After Startup

Everytime I start up Word it will open word for a few seconds and then
proced to fail and try to recover the document. If I try to recover it will
reopen it and do the samething. If I choose not to recover the document it
will just close the application.

I have downloaded the latest Windows and Offices updates off of Micrsoft's
web site. I have also tried removeing and reinstalling office and also tried
it again with just word and this has not helped my problem. Any suggestion
would be great.
