this is for taz. I read a message you put out about the overtype
feature on word. i am very used to using this as I have just switched
to a mac from a pc. i do medical transcription and i used this
feature a whole heck of a lot on my job. it saves me a ton of time.
I have figured out how to put the overtype icon on the menu so that i
can click on it with the mouse to turn it off an on. I turn it off
and on atleast 500 times a day. i am constantly typing over names and
dates and this feature came in handy. not sure if i'm going to like
having to use the mouse to turn it off and on. any other shortcuts
for this you know of would be greatly appreciated. You also said
something about a select and type feature. what is this? Where can i
find it to try it?
Thanks,
Jen
