Microsoft Word Outline mode - maintain tree structure

Help please - using MS Word Outline mode - how can I keep sections
collapsed when I close/reopen a document ?

Today, when I re-open a Word outline document - the entire outline is
fully expanded - pain.

I would like the document to "remember" what was collapsed when closed
- and re-open the document with same sections collapsed.

I am also interested to the highest level by this functionallity, if i
exists. I'm using Word 2002.
