microsoft word safe mode

my word is opening in safe mode, it appears a message saying that it has
ocorred an error.. I've allready uninstalled and installed microsoft office,
and the error is still there!!
-why is this hapening?
-how can I delete the error?
I would be very tankefull to someone that helps me!!
