Microsoft Word spell check problem

One of our salesman has a toshiba computer that came with
microsoft office.
when he is in word and he clicks on the spell check button on
the toolbar, word starts flashing and the spell check does not
come up.
if he right clicks on word on the taskbar then spell check will
come up
please advise.

Hi Joe,

If they also use Norton AV then one of the symptoms of issue with the
Office Plug-in option in Norton is dialog boxes opening behind the
application window.
