You really need to ask your company's lawyer for the answer to that
question, because it varies depending on the local laws where you are, and
you have not told us where that is.
The precise limits are spelled out in the Microsoft End-User Licensing
Agreement that you agree to when you install the software (it's in the help
if you look for it).
Generally: You can use the templates in any way you wish EXCEPT that you
cannot claim them as your own, and you cannot sell them for profit to
someone else.
However, as soon as you add your company name and photo to the template, you
have changed the template, and that is often enough to release that template
from the provisions of the licence.
Just be careful: whether that previous paragraph is true or not depends
where you are and what you do with the template, so you need to ask your
lawyer.
