Microsoft Word Vietnamese package

Where do I find a package or download or something to install the vietnamese
fonts, and spell checker for microsoft word 2000? I can read a vietnamese
document but when I try to spell check it, it gives me an error saying it is
missing some kind of mssp32.dll to spell check in vietnamese.

Sorry Phillip, but you've somehow gotten into the Mac Word group You'll
do better in one of the Win Word groups you'll fild here:

I have a mac, though, and I am trying to get it to read documents in Vietnamese. It will type in Vietnamese fine if I change the keyboard, but documents that others have written in Vietnamese come up as gibberish... any ideas?
