Microsoft Word will not let me save - even after I reinstall

Something is continually corrupting my Word. I reinstall from the CD and it
is fine for a few minutes - then I can no longer get the little box to Save
or Save as.

No bugs, no viruses. And yes, I have a slight problem with Yahoo (creating
a foler in Favorites - error 306 - but it doesn't seem connected. Or is it?

Oh and I cannot create a new message in Office if it uses Word. But (like
this message) when I responding (not creating a new message) I can type inthe
words. As I am doing now.

I spent the last few days 6 hrs a day on this problem. Soon I will call
Microsoft and pay the fee and get it corrected.

Oh, and my Quicken is acting up.
