microsoft word working too slow and not counting pages?

microsoft word not working fast and not counting the pages fast also when i
try to drag the mouse down in doc it not move and plinking .. please i need
the answer thanks..

One possible cause is a partially corrupt or incompatible printer driver.
With so few details, it is difficult to diagnose.
