I deleted my Front Page program and now in Microsoft Word, the little
assistant (or the paper clip) is gone. I keep getting a message to reinstall
it, but I don't have the CD for this program. Where can I find a download
for the assistant? Any suggestions will help.
Thank You in advance.

Well some users will think you are lucky losing the clippie! However,
without the CD, you cannot get it back as you cannot download any part of
Office. How do you not have a CD: if you have an OEM version that came with
your computer, the supplier should have provided a media pack.

The only problem is I don't have a media pack CD since I just had my computer
upgraded from Windows 98 to Windows 2000. Guess I could probably just
re-install the FrontPage program and hope that works. I have other programs
that I use here at work that the error message keeps popping up on every time
I open them up. Very annoying and time consuming to get rid of all the error
boxes. Thank you for your answer though.

When you install Front Page, try the Custom install and install only the
Office Assistant. Look under Shared or Tools.

Thank you all for your help. I re-installed FrontPage today and my problem
is solved. The error messages are no longer appearing which is a real
blessing. And the bonus is that I have my little assistant back. LOL Thank
you again. I appreciate the helpful tips.
