Microsoft Word

We did some clean up on our computer so things will speed
up a little. We have done a scan disk, defrag and Norton
Virus update. When we try to get into Word, everything
starts up like normal, the computer then freezes and we
get a message that "resources are dangerously low" and
also a message that reads WINWORD caused a general
protection fault in module USER.EXE at 000c:00002364. Can
you please help us so we can get into word again. Thanks,
