I have Microsoft Office 2000. I use autotext to a great
degree and would like to know if I am able to back up teh
autotext file with all the saved text. I would also like
to know it is possible to print the file. I appreciate any
help I can get with this. Thank you.

Hi Kelly,

Yes, you can do both :)

The Autotext entries are stored in your Word templates,
Normal.dot by default. You can copy the template
to a different location or import using
Tools=>Templates & Add-Ins=>[Organizer]

You can print them using File=>Print and choosing
'Autotext entries in the 'Print What' box there.
