How can I tell Outlook 2000 to resolve the middle initial
when I do a name search ?
For example if I key in: Coghlan, Tony R.
in the To box, Outlook tries to resolve Coghlan
separately, and then tries to resolve Tony R as a separate
query.
I can of course key in Tony Coghlan, and it resolves the
name and gives me a list to choose from if there is more
than one Tony Coghlan, or just resolves the name.
It's the middle initial that is sometimes causing problems
and often times slowing users down.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to e-
mail me directly at (e-mail address removed)
thank you,
Tony
