middle name in address book view

I imported my address book in Entourage. In using this addresbook the middlename of a person is not visible in the address view.
For instance
name of a contactperson:
Martin de Man (first name, middle name, last name)
In Entourage the address book reads Martin Man. Also in creating a new message entourage sends a message to Martin Man.

In the standard addressbook and Mail of my Mcbook the view is correct: Martin de Man

Apparently in Entourage name = first name + last name. How can I recalculate name, consisting of first name + middlename + last name?

Entourage does not handle middle names. In fact it can cause duplication
when syncing.

"de" is not a middle name but part of a last name with two parts. Put both
in the Last Name field.

Thanks for your reply.
It is a pity that Entourage doesn't handle middle names. I know the Dutch are odd people: we have a lot of last names with two parts with the first parts phrases like "de" "van de" "van der" and so on.
I switched last week from a PC using Outlook to a MacBook ,using Microsoft for Mac 2008. I imported my address book from Outlook into Encounter (and also into the default Mail program of MacBook).
All my addresses know the name field 'middle name" an so does the default mail program of Mac.
My conclusion is that I don't use Entourage anymore for my mail and I switch to the default Mail program of the Mac.

It is a shame that Entourage does not recognize middle names, especially when syncing with other databases and mail merges. I go by middle name and can always tell when junk have been sent because it is addressed to my first initial!

That is why I rely on Apple's address book instead for accurate data.
