migrate 2003 to 2007

Hello,
I am trying to run a -verify of a P12MIGRATIONTOOL.EXE.

Here is my ini file

LogFileNamePrefix=Batch1

FixUpSecurityCategories=yes
StopProjectMigrationIfStatusUpdatesPending=yes
NeverPublishMasterProjects=yes

[Project Names to Save]

[Excluded Project Names]


[Project Server 2007]

DraftDB=ProjectServer_Draft
PublishedDB=ProjectServer_Published

[Project Server 2003]
Project2003ProjectTablesDB=ProjectServer
Project2003WebTablesDB=ProjectServer

when I try to run -verify i get this:

Connecting to Project Server 2007 Draft db...
ConnectToSQLServer failed for Draft db with status 80004005
ERROR: Initializing Project Server 2007 Communicator object failed

Why does it even need to connect to the 2007 on verify?
I am pretty sure the DraftDB is correct.
I can ping the server.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Greg:

This is an authentication failure on the Draft database. The account you're
running under doesn't appear to have the correct permissions to connect.

I actually had the wrong url. that was to the 2003 url.
little things will get me

A follow up....
Anyone know why you have to specify the 2007 on verify?
On verify I would think you would only need to list the 2003 data.
