Migrate Database from Project server 2002 to Project server 2003

Dear all,
at the moment I am using MS Project Server 2002 with 2
(two) server i.e server A and Server B. server A used for
Appl MS Project Server 2002 and SharePoint Team Services
and Server B for Database and Analysis Services.

I have Planing change MS Project Server 2002 to MS Project
Server 2003 with secenario using 2 (two) server i.e.
Server X as new server with OS Windows 2003 and Server B
(existing Server) for Database and Analysis Service.

how the best solution about installation in new Server i.e
Server X for Appl MS Project Server 2003 and SharePoint
Services (i will new instatation Project Server 2003 in
server X because it is diferent server machine).
and also handling database in the same server (Server B).
because i am planing using existing server B for stored
new database created from instalation produce from
installation MS Project Server 2003. and then migrate
database appl project server 2002 to new database created
project server 2003 in the same machine.
