Migrate local user to Active Directory user

I am tasked with a project of migrating a few local user accounts to a new
Active Directory setup. When I migrate the local profile over to the AD user
profile there is a security issue with BCM. The new AD user account cannot
access BCM. Does anyone know the correct procedure for migrating from a
local account to an AD account and having BCM still function?
