Migrate outlook 2002 to 2003 help

Hello everyone

I am about to introduce Exchnage 2003 Server to the network my question is
we are currently using outlook 2002. what is the best way to roll out
outlook 2003 then configrate outlook 2003 to point to the new Exchnage server
instead of the old Server.

Any help will be much appreciated
