Migrate Outlook messages to Outlook Express on different computer

I just got a new Window XP machine with Outlook Express 6.
Now I need to migrate all my emails (have 7 accounts) from
a Window 2000 Outlook. Could someone kindly point out
where I can get the instruction on doing that? These
two computers are not networked together.

First you need to export the messages to Outlook Express on the Win2000
machine, and then you can migrate those files over to OE on the WinXP
machine. http://www.insideoe.com has instructions for moving OE data between
computers.
