migrating 2003 to 2007

Hello,
I am migrating PS2003 to PS2007. The PS2003 database is a SQL2000 database
on a seperate box. PS2007 is in SQL2008 on a VM. The windows domain service
account that I've used to install PS2007 does not have rights to the PS2003
sql box. What kind of permissions do i need to grant my PS2007 service
account in order for the migration to be successful? Will read permissions be
enough?

I've been using the migration guide at
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc197505.aspx. It has been very
helpful but does not answer this question. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Nevermind. I found out that the user account used to migrate must have read
permissions to the PS2003 database. I found this info in the technet link.
