Migrating a "clone" of Entourage to iBook

I have successfully installed a second copy of M/S Office v.X on my
G4 iBook and updated it to Office 10.1.5.

We would like the copy of Entourage on the iBook to be our
"Primary/Main" copy of Entourage.

We are giving the desktop G3, which has the copy of Entourage with
all the data we want to save (i.e., a dozen or so mailboxes with
multiple emails in each, multiple email accounts, etc.), to a friend who
needs a computer.

After updating, repairing permissions, and running Disk Utility's
Disk Repair, I copied over these files from the Desktop to the iBook and
again ran repair disk permissions and Disk Utility's Disk Repair.


FROM:
/Users/rfg/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/Earthlink
account

THESE FILES:
/Database Cache
/Mailing Lists
/Rules
/Signatures

When I try to copy over the huge (169Mb) /Database (from this same
folder), I get an alert telling me that the effort was stopped because
certain things couldn't be copied.

And I copied these files over too.

FROM:
/Users/robertgirouard/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/

THESE FILES:
/Entourage Preferences
/Entourage Settings (10)

I know there's a way to do this, but I can't remember how. Anyone know
how to get all those mailboxes and all the emails in them over to the
new iBook??

Make sure that all Microsoft applications including the Database Daemon are
