Migrating Clipart from Word 97 to Word 2003

For some reason Word 2003 does not "see" the clipart that
I used to have on my Word 97 programs. I have used the
Clipart organizer to get around this problem, but have
not succeeded in doing so. Does anyone know of a fix?
