migrating contacts from Goldmine 5.0 to Outlook

1. Migrating contacts from Goldmine 5.0 to another contact manager like
Outlook.
2. Only one user on single desktop tracking under 300 business contacts.
3. Have installed Outllook Office Enterprise 2007 on Vista SP1.
4. Is this system good enough to track basic contact information and updated
notes.
5. Must we upgrade to Outlook Business Contact Manager or not.
6. Best way to transfer contacts with notes from Goldmine 5.0 to Outlook.

(4) Outlook Contacts are capable of storing contact information
details (like addresses and phone numbers). The big advantage of BCM,
to my mind, is that it links the contact to other items, so that you
can see emails, etc., associated with a contact on the contact form.
However, that will only happen for items added after you start using
BCM. The contact history already in Goldmine won't be migrated to BCM.
