Migrating data ProjSvr2002(enterprise) to ProjSvr2003(enterprise)

I have installed ProjSvr2003 and now wish to migrate data from converted SQL
Server DB to new SQL Server DB. I see the two wizard for importing resources
and projects (suppose I need to do resources first). I also want to know how
to get Global Template over. Any suggestions?
