Migrating from DAO to ADO white paper required

There used to be a White Paper word document called "Migrating from DAO to
ADO" by Alyssa Henry dated July 1999 available for download on the Microsoft
web site.

I can see the article there but cannot find the means to download the .doc
version.

Does anyone have that version they could send to me or alternatively point
me to the download location.
