My Outlook has a huge PST. I'm planning to start using hosted Exchange so
that I can share this data with another computer. I'm not sure what the
process is though.
My domain & mail are currently hosted by a web host that doesn't offer
hosted Exchange. Can I sign up with an Exchange host and have them pull email
from my current mail server, or do I need to transfer my domain to the new
host?
For unrelated reasons, I also want to know if the following is possible. Can
I import my PST from Outlook to the Exchange server so that all my data is
replicated on the hosted Exchange server. Then continue to download email
from my current mail server using desktop Outlook (as I've been doing all
along) and have it replicated on the Exchange server in real time. I know
this sounds backwards. My reasons for wanting to do this aren't worth trying
to explain, but you can think of it is using the Exchange server to backup my
desktop PST in the cloud.
