Is there any way of exporting emails from Entourage to
Outlook, and vice-versa?

Since both can connect to and Exchange server you can use it. Entourage will
require an IMAP connection.
From Entourage (local emails) to Outlook, you can drag saved items into your
Inbox and this should upload them to the server.
From Outlook (server emails) to Entourage, you can create local folders and
drag from your Inbox into the folders.
