We are in the process of migrating users from a Lotus Notes
environment to exchange/outlook. We just migrated one of our
executives who a very heavy email user and he is now having all sorts
of "issues".
Biggest issue right now is that in outlook the "all document" view
(basically inbox and sent in one view) that existed in Notes does not
exist. With Notes the 'from' and 'to' fields were combined into a
single field called 'who', this allowed for easy sorting of both sent
and received mail and looked the way mail does on a blackberry
device. User is insistent that this is the only way he can work
productively. We have been looking for a similar feature or plug-in
for outlook but no luck so far. Any ideas on this would be much
appreciated.
Thanks
