Migrating from OutLook Express on one Computer to Outlook on Some orAnother

I am trying to locate the KB article at Microsoft that describes (in
detail) how to migrate from OutLook Express to OutLook.
The article (as I remember it), described the process when OutLook
Express is on the same computer as OutLook and also when it is on a
different computer.
Basically, one article with two different scenarios.

Does the new PC feature Outlook Express or Windows Mail, if a vista PC?
Outlook Express, or Windows Mail has to be configured with old data, Then
with Outlook installed & configured on the same PC you export msgs to
Outlook

No, both the old and new computers are XP PRO.

You copy your entire msg store, the identity, on the old PC to a location on
the new PC - I believe Documents folder is ok, then within OE on the new PC
open that identity. You can then export msgs to Outlook (assuming OL is
configured)
