migrating frontpage application

I was running frontpage on my desktop using win 2000.
I took the harddrive out.
I am now using a win xp home laptop.
I converted my desktop harddrive to a usb external.
What I want to do is copy (migrate) all my frontpage application info to my
laptop "c" drive and run frontpage from my laptop.
The usb drive is "d". Frontpage is set to run from "c".
Any suggestions for the best way to do this?
I am in the process of moving - so - I do not have the install CD available.

I'm having a similar problem only with the web, not the app. If I get
any useful info i'll share; please do same ... good luck
