Migrating Netscape Mail to OL2002

Have a question here.

Have looked in the KB and it seems to be giving two different answers. I
have recently assumed duties at an agency that used, for god knows what
reason, Netscape. I have loaded SBS2K and OL2002 and need to get their
contacts etc to OL2002.

In one KB article it says I need to go from NS4.7 (this is what they are
using), export to an LDIF file, then move those to OUTLOOK Express, then to
OL2002.

In another article it says I can go straight to OL2002 from Netscape using
Internet Mail and Address Import.

Anyone know which is the correct way and what will work?
