Migrating Office XP EXCEL files to Office 2007

Please help me:

Is it possible to convert "in a quick way" several [around 800 worksheets]
Excel 2002 workboos to Office 2007 , or it has to be save one a a time?

Is the compatabilty ISSUE preventing updating links from a master workbook
