Migrating Outlook 2003 Shortcuts settings

I am upgrading my PC and want to migrate all my Outlook 2003 settings
to my new laptop.

I am especially concerned about about my Shortcuts in the Navigation
pane. I have spent a significant amount of time creating these
shortcuts and don't want to have to repeat this process on the new
machine.

Any tips on how to achieve this would be much appreciated.
