Migrating Outlook Account Settings

After a system crash, I reloaded XP Pro, then Outlook 2003. Prior to the
backup, I copied my HD to an external drive.

Now I have attempted to import "Internet Mail Account Settings" and Outlook
reports "No internet accounts were found to be imported"

I also tried to copy the files from the backup to:
C:\Documents and Settings\GregD\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

That did not work...

Since I failed to export the account settings, or whatever the proper
procedure may be, is there now a way for me to migrate these settings and
avoid recreating them?
