Migrating Outlook settings, Rules etc to a new computer.

Hello,

I have a stand alone installation of MS Outlook XP. Aside from moving the
PST File, I'd like to move all my settings, preferences, junk mail senders
list etc over to a new computer. Is there a file that this information is
contained in? What's the easiest way to do this?

Any help would be great.
