migrating project 2003 workspaces?

We are migrating from PS2003 to PS2007.
Ran the P12migrationtool and all the projects and resources came
across just fine.
However this tool doesnt migrate the project workspaces. We have a few
projects that have extensive information in their workspaces - eg
risks, issues etc etc.
How can we get these across the PS2007?
We are only talking about 5 projects so I dont mind if we have to
manually export/import but I dont want to leave the information behind
(nor do my project managers).
Any ideas?

Can anyone point me at a 'workpsace migration' tool?
