Migrating Project server 2003 to a new Server

I need to move our project server 2003 application and
database to a new enviroment.

Currantly it is on one server.

New enviroment in going to be a 3 tier enviroment with a
IIS server with the application and a Database server.

At the moment im still haveing problems with the setup:

The DB account information. Where do i get that. Can i
get it. (The old server is not accesable)
where do i get that username and passwords or can i
create it? (i have already imported the DB into SQL2000)

I read about a issue about the server name must be the
same

"5. If you are replacing an entire server, be sure you
give it the same name as the original
server."

Is that going to effect me, i cant rename the server.

any help appriciated... Hope this makes sense

The error i am getting at this stage is:

"The Specified MSProjectServerRole account is not in the
MSProjectServerRole role"
