Migrating project server 2003

Hi

I am a Sharepoint consultant working in canada. Recently I have started
working on Project server 2003 and WSS. I have created a development
server with sql server 2000, project server 2003 and sharepoint portal
server 2003. For testing I have created some project sites as well.

Now I want to migrate my project server environment over to the
production server which again is a single server environment (SQL
Server 2000, Project server 2003 and sharepoint portal server 2003).

My question is how can I migrate data and project sites from
development server to production server. What is the best way for not
losing the project sites I have created.
