Migrating Projects from 2002 to 2003

We are currently in the process of migrating our active projects from 2002
server to 2003 server. The process we are using is to open the project in
2002, save as a file (choosing currently loaded global items), then opening
2003 and using the Import wizard to bring the project back online. During
this process any data in an Enterprise Outline Code field is lost. Is there
a way to bring this information over? It seems to be lost during the Import
process because if you open the project offline, everything is there. Just
trying to save our PMs from having to go through all of their projects and
re-populating these fields.
