migrating PS2003 projects to 2007

I have migrated some projects from 2003 to 2007. I would like to remigrate
the projects again. What is the best practice for doing this? If i rerun the
migration tool, will the projects migrated to 2007 be overwritten? what
happens to the workspaces?
