Migrating rules to a new workstation

I have a Windows 2000 box with office 2000 on it. I'm building a new PC
that has Outlook 2003 on Win XP. The W2K box connects to a W2K3 Exchange
server but the rules are currenly local - they sort incoming mail to
subfolders. How to do I migrate the rules from the office 2000 box to the
office 2003 box?
