Migrating sites from Proj Server 2002 Team Services to 2003 Sharep

I am wondering if PSMigrate is a destructive extract.

In other words can I run this tool against my live project Server 2002
system while users are on the system to extract the sites and load them into
a test server with Project Server 2003?
