Migrating templates to Office XP

I have a client who is rolling out new workstations with
WinXP/Office XP. The have a large store of shared
Office '97 templates stored on a Win2K file server.
They have printing problems when printing a "word97
templated" doco from Office XP - the existing W97 users
appear to print "OfficeXP" docos OK.

Is ther a way to bulk convert all the workgroup templates
on the file server in one operation??
