Hello,
We are currently moving users from an Exchange environment in one Domain to
a new Exchange environment in a new Domain. Since we are automating the
process, I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to do this. The best
way we've got it to work so far is by deleting the old profile and importing
a new one. The downside to doing this is that the users seem to lose some of
their customizations, but nothing overly critical. We could manually go to
the PC and modify the profile, but that is not an option. We have tried
using some utilities that should be able to change the profile if it is
present, but it seems as though we're running in to an issue since the
Exchange servers are on different domains.
If anyone knows of some good methods of doing this, please let me know.
