Migrating to .NET for an Add-in

I have and add-in for Outlook 9.0 programmed in VBA and is packaged and
distributed locally on specific machines. I am considering upgrading it to
..NET, but wonder if it is worth it. My application is similar to the ItemsCB
COM addin example (which is great). Does .NET code play nice in Outlook? Or
should I just modify my VBA app?

If the current add-in is running fine, I wouldn't try to migrate it. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/index.htm#dotnet for some of the issues involved.
