Migrating to new server Farm. Access to spbrtoc.xml is denied PS20

Migrating to new New standalone Server in my case.
Following the tutorial i found on

When i try to restore the wss backup on a new server, to see if i could make
a full restore in case my PS2007 dies, and i get the following error on step
#10
Note: i don´t see any Login names and Passwords section as it says on step
#8. ??

The backup/restore job failed. In order to rerun the backup/restore the
timer job must be deleted from the Timer Job Definitions page. Failure
Message: Access to the path 'C:\Backups\spbrtoc.xml' is denied.

My user has full acces to spbrtoc.xlm and i don´t know if any services is
using it rather than wss.


I´d appreciate any help,

I´ll answer myself,

There are two solutions to this error:

1_ Give Write permissions to "Network Service" and "System" over the folder
where you´re keeping the backups.

2_ Share the Backup folder and give Write permissions to "System". Then use
this Shared Folder to restore your PS2007.
