Migration between projects in Kintana and MSP

Where can I find information about migration between projects in Oracle
Kintana to MSP Server?

I would think you need to export to Project .mpp file format first then
import to Project Server via Project Professional.

How can I do it? Do you have any Information on how to export to mpp files?
is there any tool for synchronization between kintana files and MSP files?

I don't know kintana at all I'm afraid. If it won't export as .mpp, then in
Project save a project as a .xls file, then in the wizard that automatically
starts, select Project Workbook. Export your Kintana data in the Excel
project workbook format and you can import to Project from there, then to
Project Server.
