Migration from Office 2000/XP to Office 2003 MUI

Hello,

I'm going to migrate several versions of Office 2000 (Std, Pro, Premium,
different levels of SP) and Office XP (different levels of SP) to Office 2003
MUI on Windows XP, W2K SP3 (soon SP4), W2K Server & Advanced Server, Windows
Server 2003.

Targets are estimated to nearly 9000.
I'm currently looking for information on technet and office website (Office
2003 reskit)

Could you give me best practices or feedback about such experience?
